Voltan Blob v2

Quite a lot has been refined and changed in this update lets break down what has if i remember. 

1. Music track was added. 3 total as of April release.

2. New Favor system. Favors the weapon the Player selected to start with. (boost and special boost). 

3. Optimized the system to use occlusion curling and disable enemies animation far away and reduced step counts per second for less update calls. 

4. New Snail Enemy, Tall and short enemy added.

5. Different enemies have and do different damage / health / damage cooldown / speed. 

6. the text files are un encrypted so feel free to edit the files and become over powered.
